With the implementation of the first Academic Funding Plan, the Department of Psychiatry developed a Practice Plan which documents the Departmental governance structure, including financial, administrative, academic, and clinical roles and accountabilities. The final document was adopted by faculty members in May 2007. The Practice Plan document is provided for the information of faculty members.
